Puppy Purchase Contract
This legally binding Agreement is entered into between Blockhead Kennels LLC ("Breeder"), located in Little Rock, Arkansas, and the undersigned ("Purchaser") for the sale and purchase of a purebred Cane Corso puppy.
I. Sale & Registration
The puppy is sold with AKC / ICCF registration bloodlines. Breeder will provide all necessary registration applications upon verification of completion of any applicable contract terms.
II. 12-Month Health Guarantee
The Breeder guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time of sale. This guarantee covers life-threatening genetic defects for a period of 12 months from the date of birth. Any claim under this guarantee must be accompanied by a written report from a licensed veterinarian. This guarantee does not cover injuries, neglect, or common parasites.
III. Ownership Responsibilities
The Purchaser agrees to provide the dog with a clean and safe environment, proper nutrition, regular exercise, and routine veterinary care. The Cane Corso is a social breed; therefore, the dog must be raised with consistent socialization and positive reinforcement training. The dog shall not be used for illegal activities or fighting.
IV. Returns & Rehoming
In the event that the Purchaser can no longer maintain ownership of the dog, the dog must be returned to Blockhead Kennels LLC. The dog shall never be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or pound. No refunds will be issued for returns after 72 hours of possession.
By accepting possession of the puppy, the Purchaser acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this contract.
